Since I sit at home all day every day I get bored so I'm going to start this new thing, I'm going to put up sayings/quotes every week

My point of view: Respect

I'm going to do this one on respect 

I'm going to start with respecting your elders

I don't think you should have to respect them, if they don't respect you.

What makes them better then us? Just because we are younger they don't need to respect us?

If an adult says some thing like this: "Your annoying, shut up, go away." 

I will without a problem say it back to them...but then I'm looked at as a brat. 

Again what makes them better them us? They can say rude things to us and no one says anything to them, but if we would say something like that to them we would be in so much trouble.

      I think no matter what,  you should respect Pastors,Cops, Soldiers, and Doctors.

If someone wants me to call them by there last name, they will have to earn my respect.

I'm not going to call them what they want, without them showing me respect.

I think that adults overuse their power a lot. So then no one likes them, or will respect them.

  

 

Teenage respect

 I'm going to do one for girls and one for guys.

Girls

Everyone talks about guys needing to respect girls.

But has anyone ever talked about girls needing to respect ?

Girls need to respect  guys just as much as guys need to respect girls.

Girls if you hit a guy he has every right to hit you back...not as hard as he can, because they're usually stronger than us.

If you say something mean to a guy, don't expect him to just take it... and if he says something mean back, don't go running to your daddy. That's just annoying.

Guys
 If a girls hits you, you can hit her back. Not as hard as you can because you are stronger than us. (Most of the time)
Girls need to respect you just as make as you need to respect them.
 Do you guys every get mad that everyone talks about you needing to respect girls but never talk about girls needing to respect you? If I were you I would be really mad.

When I have a little girl that's the first thing I'm going to teach her is you need to respect boys.
And the first thing I'm going to teach my little boy is you need to respect girls.

My point of view: Abortoin

I'm going to do my next post on abortion. I have a very strong opinion on this!

Abortion is murder... it is taking a human's live. It's the same thing as walking down the street and shooting someone. They're both murder. Your baby's heart starts beating after 20 days. At this point most people don't even know they're pregnant yet.

''One heart stops, another heart brakes''

There is 3,700 abortions done every day in the US, and 115,000 abortions done everyday worldwide. Seeing those numbers just breaks my heart. :(

Every time someone has an abortion we lose another: 

Doctor
 Cop
Lawyer 
Judge
Wife/Husband
Solider
President
Mommy/Daddy
Friend
Sister
Brother
You can say that they're not babies before they're born, but you are wrong.

How can you even try to say this isn't a baby?

 The word of the LORD came to me, saying, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations" (Jeremiah 1:4-5).

People say I had no other choice, but that's not true! You can go to churches and ask for help. There's adoption, there's groups that will help you get a place to stay, there's a place 15 minutes from my house that offers  classes on parenting, will help you get clothes, food, diapers and other things you need for your baby. Don't say there's not another option.


''No matter how big or small , born or unborn... God loves you just the way you are'' 

Smoking and drinking is just as bad as having an abortion. it causes a lot of health problems, and could end in your baby's death. it's not worth it.

Wordless wednesday

My point of view: Gossip

I wanted to start doing something new on here so I'm going to do ''my point of view'' I'll do one every week on something different. I'm going to start with ''Gossip'' gossip is something I have had to deal with a lot lately.

I'm just going to start with gossip sucks! A lot of people think gossiping is cool or your going to get more friends or your going to be popular. The sad thing it's a lot of times it's true, hurting someone is looked at cool these days. Why?? shouldn't being nice or helping someone when they're done make you more popular? Not hurting someone when they're done! I look at gossip like a drug once you start it's really hard to stop!

I love this! If you don't know for sure what you are about to say is true don't say it! If what you are about to say isn't good don't say it because it's going to hurt that person you are saying it about. If it's not useful to you or the person, you are telling it to don't say it.

This is soo true! If you hear gossip just walk away don't join in with them be the bigger person and walk away!

Before you can judge someone look at yourself, I can promise you aren't perfect either no one is perfect. Judging people won't do any good.

 I love this! Who do you want to be great, average or small? It's your choice.

This is so true!
We can stop gossip if everyone helps to stop it.

Looks Change

Hey this is Michlyn, since I can't do this post unless I use Beka's account. She probably won't mind. (hopefully) :)

I did this same post on my blog yesterday and it was a lot of fun. Soooo... I decided to do it here as well! :) You can see my post about it, at my blog here.

This blog has changed quite a bit, and because you can look at previous headers I'm going to show you all the looks that we've changed the blog to. Here you go!

 August 2011

This was the very first header and we loved it! Considering it was called "Black is a Color" we made sure that the pictures were all black&white.

October 2011

After we had our first "photo shoot" together, we put together a new header with new pictures and new quotes that definitely explain our friendship! :)

December 2011

Since people all over the "blogging world" were getting into some Christmas spirit with new winter headers... We decided to find some more recent pictures, and add a little snow to them. (We LOVE Picnik {picture editing website} if you can't tell) This didn't stay long because soon we realized it wasn't going to snow for a while and we took some more pictures. [haha figures]

January 2012

After adding different pictures and keeping our fun snow background, to keep it "festive". This is now our current header, and it won't change for a while unless it all of a sudden decides to snow - Then you'll be seeing a new header with different pretty pictures, with real snow. :)

I'm sure I just jinked it and tomorrow we'll have a snow storm or something. *crossing my fingers that is doesn't* We're loving this weird weather!
